• 5S Practitioner’s Certification Programme

  Duration	:	2 days
  Current Programme Fees	:	Rs. 6,500/- per participant plus Service Tax
  Min No of Participants	:	20
  Max No of participants	:	30
  Desired Participant Level	:	HODs / Heads of Sections and their No 2s i.e. persons who are expected to lead the 5S Implementation efforts in their respective areas.

• 5S Introduction Programme

  Duration	:	1 day
  Current Programme Fees	:	Rs. 3,500/- per participant plus Service Tax
  Min No of Participants	:	20
  Max No of participants	:	30
  Desired Participant Level	:	Persons reporting to participants in Programme (a), above, right down to junior engineers / junior officers and Front-line supervisors.

• 5S Exposure Programme

  Duration	:	1/2 day
  Current Programme Fees	:	Rs. 2,000/- per participant plus Service Tax
  Min No of Participants	:	20
  Max No of participants	:	30
  Desired Participant Level	:	All clerical / subordinate staff and workmen. Some senior workmen / clerical staff, though, could also be sent for the one – day 5S Introduction Programme.
